Ingredients:		* 4 1/2 c Flour * 4 ts Baking powder * 1 ts Salt * 4 tb Sugar * 2 tb Butter; or lard - rounded * 2 Eggs * 1 1/3 c Milk * Topping--------------------- * ----------------------- * 1 ts Cinnamon * 1 tb Butter * 1/2 c Flour * 1/2 c Sugar
Instructions:		Sift flour, add baking powder, salt, sugar. Sift three times. Chopbutter in with spoon. Beat up whites until stiff. Add egg yolks, beat.Add milk.
